Former Sen. John Edwards, who was recently announced as Iowa's Democratic fundraising winner, has plans to spend another weekend in Iowa.
On Friday, April 20, he will attend a community meeting at the Boone County Historical Center at 1:15 p.m. That evening he plans to attend the Polk County Democrats' Spring Dinner at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines at 6:45 p.m.
The following day, he'll have a 9 a.m. start in an Indianola private residence for a house party. At noon he will hold another community meeting at the Muscatine High School Commons.
On Sunday, there will be a third community meeting at the Elks Lodge in Mason City, beginning at 11 a.m. At 2 p.m. he'll be in the Waterloo Electric Park Ballroom and will hold his final 5:30 p.m. community meeting in Fort Dodge.
